Q: What do you mean by WORKING days? Do you mean you're closed on weekends?

WORKING days means Monday - Friday. We are closed on Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays.

Q: What is the order process?

There are only 3 steps:

1. Choose your desired package, click the "Order Now" button, and pay using PayPal or credit card.
 

2. Fill a design specification form to tell us about your product/service.

3. Wait for us to contact you with a draft design. If you're completely satisfied with the draft design, we will then finish off with the rest of your project

Q: How do you deliver the finished project?

We will upload your project to our server and you can download it from there.
